* Made to order items require a 50% deposit upfront before commencement of work, Payment must be received within 7 days.
Your satisfaction is my number one priority at teescraftedtreasures, if you receive any products that are damaged or faulty, I will organise a repair or exchange for you if I am contacted within 14 days from the invoice date.
* If you are not satisfied with what you have purchased, you can return it within 7 days for a refund, no questions asked, as long as the item is in its original packaging, condition and purchase method.
* No refunds are offered after 14 days.
